Terms & Conditions

  1. A valid New Zealand CLI must be used. CLI Must be owned legally by the end-user that is making the call(s). No international / Non-Compliant CLI's will be accepted.
  2. No illegal calls such as tax & car accidents scams. If you are not selling a legitimate product or service you are not to use our New Zealand Termination.
  3. If you are found to use our service for illegal calls your account will be terminated without notice. Please screen your clients carefully before allowing them to dial on your network.
  4. Every single CLI must be verified by SpoofControl.com before you or your end-user will be allowed to terminate on our New Zealand network.
  5. You are responsible for operating under New Zealand laws in relation to telemarketing.
  6. If the person that has been called advised one of your staff members that they do not want to be contacted from your company ever again you must black-list the number immediately.
  7. You must never swear, harass any of the end users your call center dials.
  8. You must not call the same number more then twice in a 24-hour period unless you have been given verbal permission from the owner of the number.
  9. You can't use this New Zealand termination to wash call data.
  10. You must provide an ASR of at least 40% at all times.
  11. You cannot send Fail over traffic on this network.
